Quintana has a beach erosion problem, just like every other coastal community on the Gulf Coast. They're replenishing the beach. It's a losing battle. All this sand they're spreading around? It'll be washed away during the next tropical storm or hurricane. Then they'll haul some more in, and it'll get washed away, too.
