Quintana is a small village located on an island. It's a quiet beach town that is off the beaten path in the eyes of tourism developers, but things are changing rapidly. In this picture, you can see the beginnings of an LPG terminal that is being built on the island. It's a big deal that netted the Village of Quintana a fairly sizeable sum of money for a place that has next-to-nothing in tax base.
